Order online by adding items to your shopping cart and then going to the Checkout and paying by Credit or Debit Card. All payments made on this website are fully secure and are made through PayPal.

Delivery

Delivery charges will be added to your order at the time of checkout.

Please order with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from any delivery time delay as we cannot be responsible for this. If your order cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Every attempt is made to keep delivery rates as accurate as possible, but they may vary from time to time.

Enquiry and Complaints Procedure

We take our relationships with our customers very seriously and expend a great deal of effort ensuring that we keep you happy. We aim to reply to emails within 24 hours of receipt, whether they be enquiries or complaints. It is possible however that at very busy times, that it can take a bit longer.
